For the SARA Residential Building, our work focused on the structural refinement and high-durability finishes necessary for a multi-story urban dwelling. We ensured that the building’s core infrastructure—from its foundation to its interior surfaces—was built to withstand the demands of high-density living while maintaining a premium feel. Key aspects of our work included: Foundation & Basement Dampproofing: We implemented a comprehensive dampproofing and waterproofing system for the building’s substructure, using advanced membranes to prevent groundwater seepage and protect the structural integrity of the basement. Precision Tile & Masonry Fitting: Our team managed the installation of floor and wall tiles across all units, specializing in large-format slabs for the lobby and common areas to create a seamless, sophisticated entrance. Specialized Joint Sealants: We applied high-grade polyurethane sealants to all exterior cladding and window perimeter joints, ensuring the building envelope is completely airtight and protected against monsoon rains. Utility Infrastructure & Plumbing: We executed the full layout of the building’s plumbing and sanitary systems, focusing on noise-reduction piping and high-pressure water delivery for the upper floors. Anchoring & Retrofitting: Our team performed precision chemical anchoring for balcony railings, elevator guide rails, and HVAC mounts, ensuring all external fixtures are securely fastened and corrosion-resistant.
