On the Brothers House project, our contribution focused on delivering high-end interior finishes and robust technical infrastructure that harmonize with the home’s modern aesthetic. Our work centered on precision craftsmanship to ensure both luxury and long-term durability. Key aspects of our work included: Bespoke Gypsum Installations: We designed and fitted custom gypsum ceiling systems, incorporating seamless recessed lighting channels and minimalist profiles to enhance the sense of volume within the living spaces. High-End Tile & Stone Fitting: Our team executed the precision layout of premium large-format tiles and natural stone. This included expert mitered edges and perfectly aligned grout lines to create a continuous, fluid floor surface. Technical Plumbing Integration: We handled the installation of concealed plumbing systems and luxury sanitary ware, ensuring that all fixtures were mounted with millimetric accuracy to complement the wall finishes. Joint Sealing & Structural Refinement: We applied specialized joint sealants in high-traffic and wet areas to provide a clean, maintenance-free finish that protects the structural integrity of the interior surfaces. Moisture Protection: Advanced dampproofing treatments were applied to critical zones, ensuring the premium interior finishes remain unaffected by external environmental factors.
