Our Multi-Stage Finishing Process
We follow a strict protocol to ensure a “hollow-free” and crack-free result:
Substrate Preparation: Hacking (chipping) of concrete surfaces and application of a “spatter-dash” bond coat for maximum adhesion.
Leveling & Screeding: Applying the base plaster layer using high-quality graded sand and cement, guided by precision level strips.
Curing Management: Ensuring the plaster is properly hydrated to reach full structural strength without shrinking.
Skim Coat Application: Two to three layers of premium skim-putty, followed by machine or hand-sanding for a seamless touch.
Fair Face Protection: Applying a clear, silane-based water repellent over Fair Face finishes to prevent water staining while keeping the natural look.
