For the Mimi House project, our work was defined by a commitment to meticulous detail and high-end residential finishes. We focused on the technical execution of the interior surfaces and utility systems, ensuring that the luxury aesthetic was matched by long-lasting structural integrity. Key aspects of our work included: Artisanal Gypsum Craftsmanship: We executed custom-designed gypsum moldings and ceiling designs, creating elegant, light-reflective surfaces that add architectural depth to the private rooms. Precision Sanitary & Plumbing Fitting: Our team installed premium, designer plumbing fixtures with a focus on concealed piping and high-performance drainage, ensuring a sleek and uncluttered look in the bathrooms. Luxury Tile & Slab Installation: We specialized in the fitting of high-quality marble and porcelain tiles, utilizing expert leveling techniques to ensure perfectly flat, seamless surfaces across the expansive floor plans. Acoustic & Thermal Sealing: Beyond aesthetics, we applied specialized joint sealants and anchoring systems to improve the home’s thermal efficiency and acoustic privacy between floors. Advanced Waterproofing Layers: To protect the home’s interior investments, we applied multi-layer waterproofing and dampproofing treatments to all wet zones and foundation-adjacent walls.
