Our Work: Private House Project On the Private House project, our scope was defined by high-precision finishing and technical infrastructure, ensuring the architectural vision was supported by flawless execution. Rather than the structural shell, our focus was on the “inner skin” and vital systems of the home. Key aspects of our work included: Custom Gypsum Artistry: We executed intricate, bespoke gypsum ceiling and wall decorations, moving beyond standard moldings to create sculptural focal points that define the home’s interior character. Precision Plumbing & Fixture Integration: We managed the installation of high-end, wall-mounted plumbing systems and luxury brassware, ensuring perfectly calibrated water pressure and seamless integration with the cabinetry. Expert Tile & Slab Fitting: Our team handled the installation of large-format porcelain slabs and artisanal tiles. This involved complex vertical stacking and specialized “tile-in” drainage systems to create a monolithic, spa-like aesthetic in the wet areas. Specialized Protective Treatments: To ensure the longevity of the luxury finishes, we applied advanced dampproofing and waterproofing treatments to the foundation and bathroom sub-floors, preventing moisture ingress in the humid climate. Retrofitting & Refinement: We performed detailed retrofitting work to accommodate smart home technology and concealed lighting, ensuring all technical elements were invisible to the eye while remaining fully functional.
