For the Rangpur PWD Staff Complex Tennis Court, our work focused on creating a high-performance, weather-resistant sports surface. We prioritized precision leveling and specialized material applications to ensure the court meets professional standards for durability and playability. Key aspects of our work included: Acrylic Multi-Layer Surfacing: We applied a specialized multi-layer acrylic coating system. This included a cushioned base for impact absorption and a high-texture topcoat to provide consistent ball bounce and non-slip traction. Precision Sub-Base Leveling: Our team executed meticulous screeding and leveling of the concrete sub-base to eliminate “birdbaths” (standing water), ensuring a perfectly flat playing surface with a subtle, engineered slope for rapid drainage. Specialized Expansion Joint Treatment: To prevent surface cracking in the changing climate of Rangpur, we used high-elasticity joint sealants that allow the large concrete slab to expand and contract without disrupting the acrylic finish. Industrial-Grade Line Marking: We applied sharp, high-visibility boundary lines using UV-resistant, heavy-duty road marking paint, ensuring the court remains vibrant and functional under intense sunlight. Perimeter Anchoring & Fitting: Our team handled the heavy-duty anchoring of the net posts and perimeter fencing, ensuring all hardware is corrosion-resistant and structurally sound for long-term use.
