Structural Epoxy Injection Solutions In Bangladesh
When a structural element—be it a column, beam, or foundation slab—develops a crack, it isn’t just an aesthetic issue; it is a breach in the building’s integrity. Traditional cement grouting cannot penetrate the micro-fissures where the real danger lies. Pressure Epoxy Injection is the most advanced method for restoring the load-bearing capacity of reinforced concrete. At ICSE, we use ultra-low viscosity structural resins that are pumped deep into the heart of the concrete, creating a bond stronger than the original material.
THE SCIENCE OF CRACK REPAIR
Not all cracks are created equal. Some are caused by thermal expansion (non-structural), while others are caused by overloading or settling (structural). At ICSE, we don’t just “cover” the crack with putty. We perform “Structural Stitched Sealing.” By using a two-component epoxy system with a viscosity similar to water, we ensure that the resin travels through the entire depth of the crack, reaching the internal reinforcement and protecting it from future corrosion.
Our injection systems are designed to bridge the gap between “honeycombed” concrete or separated structural joints. Once cured, the epoxy becomes an integral part of the concrete matrix. It does not shrink, it does not age, and it provides a permanent seal against water and chemical ingress. When you choose ICSE, you are choosing a surgical level of precision for your building’s recovery.
HIGH-PERFORMANCE EPOXY INJECTION PRODUCTS
ICSE Ultra-Flow 100: Our flagship ultra-low viscosity epoxy resin. Designed to penetrate cracks as thin as 0.1mm, it ensures a 100% fill even in deep, dense concrete sections.
MasterSeal® 901 (BASF/Master Builders): A high-performance, liquid-applied resin that swells upon contact with water, making it ideal for stopping “running leaks” in basement cracks.
Sikadur®-52 (Sika): A globally recognized two-part, solvent-free injection resin. It is moisture-tolerant, meaning it can be used to repair cracks in damp environments.
Horse® HM-120P: A specialized structural adhesive with high tensile and compressive strength, specifically formulated for high-strength “stitching” of structural members.
ICSE Port Sealer: A fast-setting epoxy paste used to fix injection ports and seal the surface of the crack, ensuring the liquid resin stays under pressure during the pump phase.
LV-Epoxy Grout: A pourable version used for filling wider voids and honeycombs in concrete where gravity-fed penetration is sufficient.
The ICSE "Surgical" Protocol
Structural repair is only successful if the process is followed with 100% accuracy. ICSE follows a 5-step engineering standard:
Crack Mapping: We clean the surface and use ultrasonic testing to determine the depth and path of the crack.
Port Placement: Spacing the injection ports at intervals equal to the thickness of the concrete slab or beam to ensure “cross-flow.”
Surface Sealing: The entire length of the crack is sealed with a high-strength epoxy cap to prevent “blow-outs” during high-pressure pumping.
Sequential Injection: We pump from the lowest port to the highest, ensuring that air is displaced and the crack is completely saturated with resin.
Port Removal & Finishing: Once cured, the ports are ground off, and the surface is skim-coated to leave no trace of the repair.
